My own indie studio for NEW EverGreen game. I put together and supervised a team of 8 different specialists.
Led a team in writing Game Design Documents (GDD), prototyping the first MVP, and overseeing level design process.
Collaborated closely with team members, including artists, programmers, and writers, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives (with Notion).
Provided mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development (with Miro as a whiteboard tool).
